![]() ![]() The server wouldn't accept any more documents. Every page was over 1M, but they were fine with that. The required scan settings were 600 DPI print, 600DPI scan, Color, Photo original. They wanted to print a document with a light watermark, then scan back that printed doc, and still see the watermark. ![]() I had one customer with unusual requirements: Things that you can do to reduce the file size are to change the following defaults:ġ) reduce resolution to 200 DPI for text or 300 DPI for small text (legal documents)Ģ) scan black & white, Text original, not color, not Photo original. Click the 'Size' drop-down menu and choose the file size range youd like to search for. This will give you advanced search options. When you click it, youll notice a new 'Search Options' tab appear at the top of the window. Locate the search bar in the upper right. Perhaps you've got a poor network connection, and it's momentarily losing connection. Open Windows Explorer by clicking the folder icon on your taskbar. I would suspect a memory allocation or memory failure problem. I've seen successful scans of 1000 or more pages, done in job build mode of 100 page sets. ![]() It's limited only by the capacity of the receiving server storage space. ![]()
